By scheduling services with The Clean Queen, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to enter the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. A secure payment link will be provided via text or email based on your preference.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Service Expectations

Our cleaning services are designed to maintain and improve the cleanliness of your home. Please note:

Excessive clutter may limit our ability to clean certain areas
Heavily soiled or neglected spaces may require additional time or a deep cleaning service

Add-On Services

Specialty services such as interior windows, inside appliances, or other add-ons must be requested in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.

Safety & Working Conditions

For the safety of our team:

Aggressive pets must be secured during service
Unsafe or hazardous conditions may result in service refusal

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and correct the issue promptly.

Damages & Liability

While we take great care in your home, any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that are unstable or improperly secured.

Right to Refuse Service

The Clean Queen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of agreed services.
